CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

 

• Any cancellation request must be notified in writing form to the Congress Secretariat

• NO Refunds will be processed after the Congress.

• For cancellations up to march, 15 2015 -10%.

                                     march, 30 2015 -50%.

                                     april, 1  2015  no reimbursement will be made

• If your invoice has not been paid at the time of cancellation, all the amounts outstanding will still be due.
