Poster presentation

 

Instructions for poster presentation :

 

• Size: 180 cm high (maximum) x 97 cm wide (maximum). Landscape format will not be accepted.

• Posters should include, in order: title, authors (presenting author´s name should be underlining ) and affiliation.

• The text should be visible from a distance of 2 meters.

• All the posters should be displayed in the designated area, and on the corresponding display board according to the number established in the programme.

• Authors must be present during the poster session to explain or clarify any aspects of the study to the participants and to the Evaluating Committee.

• The Evaluating Committee will select the posters to compete to the award ; The Best Poster presentation”

• Posters should not be removed before the Congress closing. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any poster that has not been removed.

Failure to follow these guidelines will disqualify from award.
